What’s New for the 2019 Ford F-350?

For 2019, the Ford F-350 has mostly stayed the same. Additional package options such as the Lariat Sport have been added with features such as 20-inch wheels, separate trim options, and being able to add a spray-in liner for the bed. While previous model years of the F-350 had the option of adding a premium Sony audio system, the 2019 model year replaces this with a premium sound system from Bang & Olufsen. What Are The 2019 F-350 Trims & Features

The F-350 comes available in six models that include the XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Limited, and Platinum to offer a wide range of options. With each model, you have the choice between the Regular Cab, Crew Cab, and Supercab. Each model provides 40.8” of headroom in the front seat, while the Super Cab and Crew Cab offer 40.3” and 40.4” respectively. For the leg room, the Crew cab offers an impressive 43.6” in the rear while the Super Cab provides an ample 33.5” of leg space. For the front seating, the leg room comes in at 43.9” across the board.

Some of the highlights of the XL include Quad-Dual Beam Halogen headlamps that can produce a higher light output compared to previous Super Duty models. The XL also comes standard with the AdvanceTrac system along with Roll Stability Control to help maintain stability when handling a trailer.

The XLT upgrades the Vinyl seating with cloth bench front seats, and you have the option of adding in the Sync Basic to handle voice calls and entertainment system with the power of your voice. The Lariat, on the other hand, provides premium leather-trimmed seats and offers some additional features for the Sync 3 system with a larger, interactive screen. An upgrade to the sound system includes the B&O Premium Sound System with ten speakers to provide a concert-like experience.

For the King Ranch, you can drive in comfort with heated and cooled driver and passenger seats. Unique to the King Ranch is its Kingsville Antique Leather seating for added style. With the PowerScope trailer tow mirrors, you can fold them in when not in use with the addition of power heated glass and an auto-dimming feature on the driver’s side to assist with night driving.

The Platinum model upgrades the Halogen lamps to Quad LEDs. LED box lighting is another highlight of the Platinum along with its Tailgate assist and step for added ease of use. The Limited builds on many of the previous features with the addition of an 8” screen for the instrument panel. The power moonroof can add additional style, and both the front and rear seats are heated for extra comfort in cold weather.

The 2019 F-350 has two engine options to choose from. The standard 6.2L Flex Fuel V8 engine provides an impressive 430 lb.-ft of torque that is unrivaled by other gas-powered, full-sized, heavy-duty pickup trucks. You can also upgrade to the 6.7L Power Stroke V8 Turbo Diesel for an even more impressive 925 lb-ft of torque for handling heavier loads as well. It’s designed with compacted graphite iron for the engine block to provide a durable and light design.
