Michael Aragon Joins Ford's Leadership Team

Throughout its history, Ford has welcomed visionary executives. Aragon follows Peter Stern, who now leads Peloton Interactive. Ford fans are eager to see what he'll achieve.

In his first address, he discussed improving cabin experiences: “We can spark new in-cabin experiences and services that feel seamless and contextual for our customers.” He'll oversee Ford BlueCruise, the Ford Pro suite, and Model e services.

Aragon aims to grow the existing 800,000+ paid subscriptions. CEO Mike Farley backs his vision, calling him the ideal candidate to advance Integrated Services.

Farley described Ford+ as central to the brand: “The heart of the Ford+ plan is to match our iconic and trusted vehicles with incredible services and experiences that will improve the lives of our customers and help businesses succeed.” He added, “Mike is the right leader to build on our early success with Integrated Services and help Ford capture this immense growth opportunity.”

Aragon officially began his tenure on March 17. A University of New Mexico graduate who earned his MBA at Dartmouth, he has a strong track record at Fortune 500 firms and helped grow Twitch. Ford anticipates significant progress under his leadership.
