Ford Employee Pricing - AXZ Plans

If you're a Ford employee or related to a Ford employee, and happen to be shopping for a new vehicle, there are ways that you can save money thanks to Ford employee pricing. There are three main types of discounts to take into consideration: the A Plan, X Plan and Z Plan.

Employees and family members are eligible for the A Plan, retired Ford employees are eligible for the Z Plan, and employees of a Ford business partner are eligible for the X Plan. If you fall into one of these categories and want to take advantage of the savings, you've come to the right place!

More About Ford A and Z Plans

Ford A and Z Plans provide discounts to employees, their family members and retired professionals. You can acquire an eligible PIN by logging in at www.axz.ford.com. If you're eligible, you can generate as many as four different PINs during each calendar year.

Some other eligibility requirements include:

• Being a full-time hourly employee or salaried employee.
• Hourly retirees currently receiving disability retirement benefits.
• Salaried retirees receiving benefits in the Ford General Retirement Plan and between ages 50 and 55.
• Surviving spouses of deceased employees are eligible if the employee passed while they were actively employed by Ford.
• Part-time employees are eligible for Plan A.
• You can acquire a PIN if you're currently on a leave of absence.
• After being laid off, the program is eligible for an additional 12 months.
• Immediate family members include a spouse, same-sex partner, parent, spouse's parents, siblings, children and grandparents (of both employee and spouse).

The Ford X Plan

This is a discount plan that is designed with friends and neighbors in mind. You can obtain a PIN in several ways, including logging into your AXZ Plan account. You can receive this benefit up to four times per calendar year. If you are the retiree and want to sponsor an individual, you must be doing so for a family member, friend or neighbor.

As part of the Ford Partner Recognition X Plan, you can sign onto www.fordpartner.com. Two PINs are permitted per calendar year for this program, and this applies to:

• Retired Ford employees, the spouse of a retiree or a member of a specific local organization.
• Participation is only permitted by invitation through Ford Motor Company.
