2021 Ford Expedition

What's New For the 2021 Ford Expedition?

The Ford Expedition doesn't get significant changes for 2021. The Expedition is part of the fourth generation from 2018. Even though there aren't many differences for the Expedition this year, you'll find much to enjoy with the large SUV, which consistently ranks among the most popular and charismatic SUVs for consumers. The Expedition has three rows of seats to seat eight comfortably.

It also has exceptional durability and off-road power thanks to its advanced four-wheel drive drivetrain that handles even the rockiest trails with ease. The Expedition is built on the same platform as the F-150 pickup, which means it has a durable exterior construction and plenty of interior space for people and cargo. If the regular Expedition doesn't provide enough space, you can also choose to get the Expedition Max for even more room.

Which Features Are Available for 2021?

Four trim levels are available for the 2021 Ford Expedition. Any of the four trims can be ordered in the regular body style or the Max body style. Kicking off the 2021 lineup is the XLT. The XLT shines from the outside with 18-inch wheels. It comes with three standard rows of seats and can seat eight adults. The XLT has a nice set of infotainment amenities and connectivity. An eight-inch display comes standard, and the base trim gets Ford's advanced CoPilot360 safety package. A Black Appearance package is available for a black color scheme, and an FX4 package is available for more off-road durability.

Limited has wheels that are two inches larger. Its interior gets more high-end features, including ambient lighting and a 12-speaker stereo. Leather seats are standard. The King Ranch has trim-specific leather upholstery. It also has accent stitching and custom badges. Finally, the Platinum has special interior wood trim detailing. It also has power-folding seats and active noise control.
